Key Responsibilities:

  • To Assist Head of Upstream Department in business development activities especially on activities related to enquiries from PAC companies (i. e: for Market Surveys, Screening, prequalification & tenders) and to prepare the formal response.
  • To assist Head of Upstream Department in communications with overseas principals as well as with new ones for potential agency appointments.
  • To assist Head of Upstream Department in checking the details of all enquiries form PACs to extend them accordingly to the respective principals / technical support partners & internal resources (HRM&A, Finance, GRS, Procurement).
  • To assist Head of Upstream Department in his marketing roles and get familiar with the basic technical and operational aspects of all WHAOG's principals product - both equipment and services.
  • To assist Head of Upstream Department in networking activities and participation in industry groups' function and programme (seminar, exhibitions, forum. etc.) such as MOGSC, MOGEC, SMECorp, MATRADE, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2–3 years of proven experience in administrative and accounting roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and basic accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates who are able to start immediately are highly preferred.
