● Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Director/CEO.
● Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
● Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and confidential documents.
● Act as the main liaison between management, staff, and external parties.
● Handle calls, correspondence, and follow-ups professionally.
● Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company projects and events.
● Maintain proper filing systems and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
● Support HR, finance, and operations departments when necessary.
- Requirements:
● Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
● At least 1-2 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role.
● Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with business correspondence.
● Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment, discreet and responsible.
7. Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
