Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Senior Account Executive
to lead our accounting operations. This role involves managing the full set of accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and guiding both junior account executives and admin staff to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee
    full set of accounts
    including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare and review
    monthly financial statements
    , management reports, and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with
    tax regulations
    and manage tax submissions.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial records.
  • Guide, mentor, and supervise junior account executives and admin staff
    , providing training and performance feedback.
  • Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to finance and operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in handling full set accounts, with at least
    2 years in a supervisory role
    .
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of
    local tax laws and regulations
    .
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
