Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process purchase orders and documents
- Maintain updated records of suppliers, pricing, and delivery terms
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchasing needs
- Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules
- Assist in inventory tracking and stock level updates
- Ensure all procurement documents are properly filed and organized
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or purchasing role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
