Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute content strategies for marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and manage a content calendar across social media, website, newsletters, and internal channels.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure content aligns with brand identity and business objectives.

2. Content Production

  • Write, script, film, and edit engaging multimedia content (video, photography, articles, podcasts, etc.).
  • Oversee all aspects of content creation — from pre-production (storyboarding, scripting) to post-production (editing, publishing).
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and freelancers to deliver polished final assets.

3. Digital & Social Media Management

  • Manage and optimize content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Track analytics to measure reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Experiment with new formats, trends, and storytelling techniques to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

4. Brand & Marketing Support

  • Support campaign launches, brand events, and internal communications through creative content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visuals, language, and tone.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to produce compelling promotional materials.

5. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Partner with education, business, and operations teams to produce stories and testimonials that highlight achievements and culture.

  • Support the CEO/COO with executive communication materials (videos, speeches, brand stories).

  • Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 2–5 years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media management.
  • Strong writing, visual storytelling, and editing skills.
  • Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
