JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Ensure a consistently safe working environment for production operators at all times.
  • Support the Production Executive in ensuring adherence to the daily production schedule.
  • Oversee the achievement of daily production output targets by operators, ensuring the production of high-quality products and taking necessary actions to improve output.
  • Monitor and control line waste and rejects, ensuring they remain within set limits.
  • Continuously identify and implement strategies for reducing scrap and waste.
  • Ensure full compliance with 5S standards on the production floor.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of output data, material consumption, waste, and reject data.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all company rules and regulations.
  • Contribute to the company's suggestion program to drive continuous improvement.
  • Motivate, coach, manage, and train operators to maintain high work morale and performance.
  • Respond promptly to line downtimes to minimize machine downtime.
  • Update and maintain all relevant documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Proficient in organizing production activities and overseeing quality control.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
  5. Good troubleshooting abilities.
  6. Proficient in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
  7. Computer literate.
