  • Assist with online marketing and promotional posts for IMIKA's social media.

Technical & Setup Support

  • Install Windows, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and essential software.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on laptops.
  • Ensure every unit is fully tested before delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair and setup work.
  • Assist with warranty or IMIKA Protection Plan (IPP) claims when needed.
