Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Record accurate and timely minutes during meetings and ensure proper follow-up on action items.
- Liaise with internal department, particularly Accounts to facilitate documentation, payments, and approvals.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence for the Director's review and endorsement.
- Maintain an efficient filing system, safeguard confidential information, and ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Assist in organizing company events, appointments, and external engagements.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments as assigned by the Director.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably a third language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to
