We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Senior QA/QC Executive to lead our QA/QC team in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, food safety, and compliance.

You'll play a dual role — overseeing QA systems and certifications while also being actively involved on the production floor to ensure everything meets specification.


What You'll Do
  • Supervise and monitor daily production quality, including in-process and finished goods inspection.
  • Conduct hands-on quality checks, sampling, and testing to ensure compliance with standards and customer specs.
  • Lead investigations for non-conformances and customer complaints, and drive corrective & preventive actions.
  • Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, QA documentation, and audit readiness for HACCP, GMP, MeSTI, and HALAL.
  • Manage and coordinate certification applications, renewals, and audits (HALAL, HACCP, GMP, MeSTI, ISO
  • Oversee laboratory operations, including testing reliability, equipment calibration, and record keeping.
  • Monitor factory hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure food safety compliance.
  • Guide and train the QA/QC team and production staff to build strong quality awareness and discipline.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and purchasing teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in product consistency.

What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in QA/QC within the food manufacturing industry (preferably noodles or similar products).
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, MeSTI, HALAL, and food safety standards.
  • Experience managing audits, certifications, and documentation.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented — comfortable working on the production floor when needed.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Bonus Points If You Have
  • Certification in Internal Auditing (HACCP / ISO
  • Experience improving or implementing QA systems in medium-scale food production.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
