Job description
  • Organize and maintain tax documentation in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • Accurately enter data into tax software and other relevant systems.
  • Communicate with clients and government officers to gather required information and resolve tax-related inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other necessary documents in a timely manner.
  • Assist with filing and record-keeping activities to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the tax department, including answering phone calls, issuing invoices, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior as needed.

Requirements:

-Minimum SPM qualification, demonstrating a solid foundation in basic academic skills.

-Able to communicate and understand basic Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

-Basic understanding of Accounting/Tax Knowledge will be an added advantage

-Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

-Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing flexibility in various work situations.
