Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Digital Content Executive to join our marketing team.

You will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing digital content to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and social media engagement.


Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Write and produce creative copy, visuals, and short-form videos to promote products and campaigns.
  • Assist in creating graphics, editing photos and videos for digital content.
  • Write and edit blog or journal posts for the company website.
  • Track and analyse social media performance to improve reach and engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of all campaign materials.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas to boost online presence.

Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing social media platforms for brands or businesses.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about content creation.
  • Basic knowledge in photo/video editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Added Advantage
  • Experience in photography or videography.
  • Knowledge of paid ads or influencer collaborations.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, or similar tools.
