INGCA GROUP OF COMPANIES is a leading distributor for the water tank industry based in Georgetown, Malaysia. We offer a wide range of high-quality products, including Fibre-glass reinforced polyester tanks (FRP), Hot Dipped Galvanised Pressed Steel Tanks (HDGI), Stainless Steel tanks, and polyethylene tanks (poly tanks). Our diversified portfolio and 20 years of experience have allowed us to serve a diverse customer base, including developers, main contractors, plumbing material suppliers, and contractors.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at INGCA GROUP OF COMPANIES. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, conducting trainings, and managing sales. The role will be based in Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Johor.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proven sales experience
  • Experience in conducting trainings
  • Sales management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of construction, plumbing, engineering industry is a plus
  • Language proficiency: English, Cantonese, Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
