Brand Operations Executive | Up to RM6500 | Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin

Position: Brand Operations Executive

Salary Package: RM4500 - RM6500

Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin

Company Background: Manufacturers Chinese Pharmaceutical Products

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM

Probationary period : 6 months

Annual Leaves Entitlement: 10, 14 & 18 days

Public Holiday: as per government list (16 days)

Mileages claim: Company car priority, if not RM0.60/km

Performance Bonus : AWS and Performance Bonus

Other employee benefits: company panel doctor, insurance, optical and dental claim

Job Purpose:

To support internal operations and trade engagement with modern trade partners and distributors. This role ensures alignment on promotion mechanics, pricing, and performance tracking while improving understanding of trade structure and sub-agent potential.

Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate promotional planning and submission of campaign documents with modern trade retailers via distributors.

  • Track and consolidate data on sell-in, sell-out, in-store execution, and stock movements.

  • Liaise with distributors on listing performance, stock replenishment issues, and campaign compliance.

  • Assist in preparing data and decks for trade meetings and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).

  • Monitor market pricing discrepancies and flag territory overlap or parallel trading issues.

  • Collect feedback and performance insights from key distributors to support GM's strategy development.

  • Explore the structure and potential of sub-agents under distributors, though not directly managing them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.

  • 3–5 years' experience in key account management or channel operations (FMCG industry preferred).

  • Excellent Excel and reporting skills; able to analyze data and draw insights.

  • Good communication skills and experience coordinating across functions.

  • Curious and proactive in understanding channel mechanics and distribution networks.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

  • Possesses own transport and willing to travel.
