SENIOR CONSULTANT - HEALTH FACILITY PLANNING

Roles & Responsibilities

• Employ experience and business expertise to promote the growth and expansion of the business, provide input in the analysis of project opportunities.
• Utilize creative and out of the box thinking for problem-solving with other team members.
• Guide subordinate staff in carrying out their roles and responsibilities.
• Facilitate the Sr. Principal in enforcing goals, policies and procedures.
• Exercise skill and care in carrying out contractual duties and obligations to clients to ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality, on time and within budget.
• Update the Sr. Principal on project status and periodic claims.
• Carry out assignments related to, but not limited to the following:

a) Masterplanning of health facilities

b) Feasibility studies of health facilities

c) Functional and medical planning for health facilities

d) Contract management and administration for construction of health facilities

e) Architectural and interior design consultancy for health facilities

f) All other job-related duties as assigned by Sr. Principal

Work Experience/Technical Knowledge Requirements

• At least 6 to 10 years of experience in architectural/medical planning consultancy services related to the planning and development of health facilities.
• Familiar with legislations, regulations, by-laws and guidelines in relation to the health facilities planning as well as the building industry.
• Posses a design flair and knowledge in architectural principles, standards and practices.
• Knowledge of construction management standards and practices and construction techniques.
• Knowledge in drafting and presentation skills.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Health Planning, preferably with post graduate qualifications.

Skills

• Posses strong leadership qualities, innovative ideas, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing.
• Good computer knowledge and understanding of CAD and BIM processes.
