  • Provide support and handle administrative tasks for sales team.
  • To prepare quotations, sales order, delivery order, invoice, reports and sales related documents.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with acurancy and timeliness manner.
  • Manage order and track order delivery date with warehouse & transportation team
  • Update customers and sales team daily delivery statuses of customer orders
  • Communicate and handle customers' enquiries received by calls, messages (WhatsApp) and emails.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintain customer databases and customer records.
  • Possess teamwork spirit, positive attitude, good discipline, ability to work independently, self-starter and multi-tasking.
  • Flexible and able to undertake any other assignments assigned by Supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office/Excel)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
