We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support HRBPs' daily work, including but not limited to recruitment and employee's allocation, employee relationship, learning and development, and incentives.
  2. Responsible for the maintenance and tracking management of various human resources data.
  3. Responsible for the implementation of various human resources routine work processes;
  4. Support the implementation of tasks such as headcount checking and budget management.
  5. Support scheduling and organizing important meetings and activities related to HR business.
  6. Daily data follow-up, collection, analysis, etc.

Job requirements:

  • Have hands-on HR experience and be able to support the HR work of business departments.
  • Data analysis ability, skilled in Outlook, PPT, Word, PS and other office software, proficient in Excel.
  • Careful to work, with strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, strong organizational and coordination skills, good at learning, and enthusiastic about people.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English.
