Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage public relations projects and client communications for the Group.
  • Develop and implement tailored PR strategies and service plans based on client needs.
  • Take charge of client engagement, including meetings, negotiation strategies, and follow-up coordination.
  • Build and maintain core external relationships, expand business networks, and manage brand reputation.
  • Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, identify potential crises, and implement preventive solutions.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Public Relations, Media, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to work in large organizations or dynamic industries, with high EQ and strong situational awareness.
  • Strong strategic thinking, resource integration, and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent bilingual communication, writing, and presentation skills (English & Chinese).
  • Open-minded, confident, and composed, able to handle pressure and setbacks positively.
  • Candidates with experience working with clients from South America, India, or Africa will be prioritized.

Requirements:

  • Appearance: Professional, confident, and well-presented with strong personal charisma.
  • Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Communications, Media, Journalism, or related disciplines.
  • Experience:
  • Candidates from media, journalism, or communications backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • PR or government relations experience is not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Strong logical thinking, clear articulation, and excellent interpersonal skills.

*Possession of government, legal, or media network resources.

岗位职责:

  • 负责集团公关项目管理工作,拓展并维护客户关系,为客户提供专业而高效的公关咨询服务
  • 根据客户需求,制定客户公关服务方案,监督跟进各个环节的工作分工和实施。
  • 主导外部客户接洽工作,协助新客户的洽谈,谈判策略及规划,协调及跟进等工作;
  • 开拓与维护核心资源,监控业务舆情,发掘潜在危机并进行拦截处理

任职资格

  • 大学本科以上学历
  • 高情商人才,具备大型公司公关工作经历,在当前领域出色,逻辑清晰;较强的人际沟通,思维理解能力;
  • 中英文流利,出色的沟通技巧和团队协作精神、书面口头表达能力优秀;
  • 具备战略思维、政策洞察力和项目管理能力,善于开发与整合资源;
  • 性格开朗不失沉稳,面对挫折,有较强自我管理能力,最好有海外 南美、印度、非洲等客户工作服务部人才。

Working Location: Relocating to Philippines

Salary Range: From MYR23,000
