Executive, Operations Coordinator

About your role

• Implement strategies to enhance sales processes, optimize pricing models, and boost customer engagement to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and reconnect with lost customers through targeted outreach and personalized follow-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline recovery processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures to maintain efficiency and consistency.
• Oversee and coordinate daily operational tasks, including scheduling vehicle collections within designated areas using Google Maps.
• Manage data entry, maintain accurate records, and upload necessary information to the web portal.
• Generate, update, and analyze daily reports to support decision-making and business insights.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in any fields
• Qualifications: A few years' experience in the Automotive Industry is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with a track record of driving sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate in Microsoft office, Note Pad, basic emailing or other business intelligence software.
