Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer, located in Singapore and Malaysia. As a Designer at Nautilus, you will be responsible for creating and designing visual contents for various projects, developing design concepts, and collaborating with other teams to ensure cohesive project outcomes. You will work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to enhance user experience through innovative design solutions.

Designer JD

• Develop a variety of visual content, from digital ads and social media graphics to landing pages, banners, and email templates that captures our brand's personality.
• Design marketing materials like brochures, flyers, presentations, and print ads that tell our story.
• Collaborate with other teams to seamlessly blend design with our overall marketing goals.
• Keep our brand guidelines fresh and evolving, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Keep an eye on design trends and share new, creative ideas to help our brand stay vibrant and competitive.
• Create creative concepts that fit marketing strategies and brand identity.
• Work closely with marketing team to turn ideas into engaging visuals.
• Jump into brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions to boost our campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends and the latest design techniques.
• Research market trends to understand what visual styles resonate best with our audience.
• Oversee the entire video production process, from planning and shooting to editing and post-production.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of projects, from promotional and corporate videos to social media and event coverage.
• Craft compelling video narratives using advanced editing techniques, sound design, and visual effects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting tight deadlines.
• Help out with scripting, storyboarding, and video planning.
• Edit video footage to craft compelling stories.
• Add sound, music, graphics, and special effects to make our videos stand out.
• Manage your time well to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Organise and archive video files and project documentation for easy access.
• Stay updated on the latest video trends and tech advancements to continuously enhance our production quality.
• Provide expert guidance to the product/ dev team by keeping them informed about the latest UI/UX trends.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups that transform complex ideas into user-friendly interfaces.
• Create user flows, personas, and journey maps to steer the design process.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and accurately reflect our company's visual identity.
• Conduct user research, surveys, and usability tests to gain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately.
• Continuously refine and improve designs based on user feedback and evolving project requirements.

Qualifications

• Graphic Design, Visual Design, UI/UX Design skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creative solutions
• Collaboration and teamwork skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant experience in designing for web and mobile applications
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus
