- Perform administrative task including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning and record keeping
- Assist in Procurement process including requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory tracking
- Prepare meeting agenda, take minutes, and distribute notes to internal team members
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and team members regarding business details
- Key in employee attendance record accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update attendance tracking system or spreadsheets
- Support other departments with basic clerical task as required
- Provide support for business operations and assist other departments as needed
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by Superior
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma in related field
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Computer literate
- Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and ability to communicate, read and write in Mandarin (to liaise with China counterpart)
