ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure production delivery schedule adheres to the Daily Production Plan and work with Planner to constantly feedback latest production capacity.
• Ensure high productivity, minimum downtime & machine regularly maintained.
• Work together with team on quality issue, root cause and counter measure.
• Involved in productivity improvement project, energy saving project, waste reduction project & etc.
• Overall in charge of supervisors & workers attendance, performance and discipline issue.
• Review & update production output of each machines.
• Collaborate with commercial, quality control, warehouse and other staff.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
• Candidates with 1 years related working experience in the Manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Candidates with HALAL/MESTI/GMP/HACCP knowledge or training is an advantage.

PREFFERED SKILLS

• Possess strong leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, communication skills, initiative and able to work independently.
• Knowledge in process flow & process control.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From RM2,000.00 to 2200 per month

Working hour & location:

• Monday to Saturday, 8am-5pm
• Able to work at Taman Perindustrian Ehsan Jaya, Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur.
