We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
  • Operate the cash register/POS system to process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallets).
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
  • Assist in managing daily cash balancing and preparing end-of-shift reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints courteously.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth order flow.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is an advantage.
  • Basic math skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Honest, reliable, and willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and e-wallet transactions.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
