Production Shift Leader

  • To run the production according to the production planning as prepared by the superior.
  • To check the daily finish goods quantity after each production closing.
  • To inform superior if any replenish of materials for production are necessary to ensure plant is running smoothly without any down time.
  • To take ullage for the oil level in the blending tanks and record in the production report before production opening and after production closing.
  • To ensure all related plant activities such as down time, change filter bags, break down of the plant equipment and utilities are recorded in the Production Report and Plant Log Book.
  • To ensure Plant Start-up and Shut-Down are carried out accordingly to avoid any damage to the plant utilities, equipment or blockage to the pipelines.
  • To ensure Operators to fill in all the log sheets for the plant utilities in order to ensure any abnormal signal of the plant utilities can be captured at the fastest time to avoid any serious damages to the plant utilities that may cause the production down time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Science or equivalent.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in shifts/OT.
  • Applicants with Chemistry background are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Mature, independent and fast learner.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter and a team-player attitude.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Pay: RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
