What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborating with managers to understand their staffing needs and providing solutions
  • Conducting employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Participating in strategic HR initiatives to support the company's overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role, preferably within the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
