Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for various statistical work of the department.
  • Compile all section of Utility weekly & monthly report.
  • Translate department documents, training material.
  • Manage department worker's attendance, overtime claim form, leave & sick leave application, registration of newly joined and resignation of existing workers.
  • Responsible to order spare part, collect, distribution, management and recording.
  • Responsible to order, collect, distribute, manage and record department stationeries, drinking water and PPE.
  • Record department cost consumption report.
  • Maintain good communication via finance, human resources, warehouse, and purchasing department to complete the work.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any related field (Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in administrative support, data reporting, or related functions.
  • Experience in engineering, utility operations, or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as this role may involve coordination with China-based stakeholders.
