Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years relevant working experience

Specialization:

Architecture, Interior Design, Building & Construction

Qualification:

Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent (recognized by LAM Part II)

What You'll Do
  • Take ownership of design development, technical documentation, and project delivery
  • Manage and inspire creative teams to bring architectural concepts to life
  • Heavily involvement with clients, consultants, suppliers, and authorities for smooth project execution
  • Explore innovative design and construction methods to stay ahead in the industry
  • Ensure compliance with all architectural guidelines and maintain well-organized project records
  • Travel occasionally for site visits and project coordination
What We're Looking For
  • Passionate about architecture and interior design, with a strong design flair
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken)
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
  • Bonus skills: Revit BIM and/or advanced 3D modeling expertise
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
