We are seeking a passionate and motivated Intern (HR & Business Analysis) to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both human resources and business operations, supporting key projects and learning from industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support HR administrative functions such as maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Conduct research and assist in preparing business analysis reports.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data to support process improvements and decision-making.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
  • Support ad hoc HR and business projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive learner with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Able to commit to at least a 3–6 month internship period.
