Key Responsibilities
Accounting Tasks:
· Recording financial transactions and maintaining accounting books.
· Processing accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices and managing payments.
· Reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
· Assisting with budget preparation and tracking expenses.
· Preparing official receipts and bank-in slips.
· Processing payroll and expense reports.
Administrative Tasks:
· Maintaining organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
· Managing office supplies, equipment, and petty cash.
· Handling general office operations, including managing incoming/outgoing mail and calls.
· Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
· Performing other administrative support functions as assigned.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
· Experience with accounting software is a plus.
· Experience in KOPERASI is an added advantage.
· Good in English & Bahasa (Speak & Write)
. Able to speak and write well in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
