Customer Service Receptionist

Job Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact to welcome customers with a warm, professional, and empathetic attitude.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly through phone calls, WhatsApp/messages, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage customer bookings, process sales orders, issue receipts, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Record and update customer interactions, feedback, transactions, and complaints systematically.
- Coordinate closely with outlet team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns professionally, escalating issues to the Management when necessary.
• Continuously provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, or receptionist role (experience in beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry is an advantage).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
- Pleasant, friendly, and service-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / POS system usage preferred).
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
