The Role

We are seeking a driven and talented Sales Executive to join our team at Mewah Group. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium food products to key accounts across the Johor region. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital part in achieving our company's growth objectives by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  3. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
  4. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to the management team
  7. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

What We're Looking For

  1. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals
  4. Willingness to travel within the Perak and Penang region to meet with customers
