This position will handle all sales activity in the allocated markets and is responsible to develop new customers, maintain a high level of sales achievement, implement sales strategies and execution of plans.

Job Responsibilities :

  • To identify new customers and business opportunities.
  • To service, manage and maintain good relationship with existing customers and expand the business opportunities.
  • Handle sales inquiries and customer requests.
  • Ensure good coordination with other departments, including customer service and operations.
  • To prepare sales reports and other relevant reports for management.
  • To lead the in-charge markets' short term and long term strategies.
  • Assessing risks and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.
  • Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable.
  • Regularly discuss and report to the Branch Manager on the market updates/ trends.
  • Assist in any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements :

  • Candidate mut possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates are proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients are required.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales working experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics/Supply Chain industry with a solid track record.
  • Knowledge in freight forwarding/ logistics is a pre-requisite.
  • A team player, able to work independently with good analytical skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang
