About the role

Join the dynamic team at TURBINE CONSULTANCY AND CONTROL SERVICES SDN. BHD. as an Accountant cum Human Resource Executive. In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounting functions as well as supporting human resource activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Reconciling bank accounts and managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting with payroll processing and related HR tasks
  • Providing support for HR-related functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and HR regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting and human resource management
  • Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll processing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting and HR regulations
