Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for both brands to enhance engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, platform-specific content (static, video, interactive, and live content).
  • Analyze audience insights to refine content strategy and maximize engagement.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and video editors to develop engaging social media content.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and visuals across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, fintech developments, and audience preferences to create relevant and timely content.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and oversee timely execution of posts and campaigns.

Influencer & Community Engagement:

  • Identify, onboard, and collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach.
  • Build and nurture relationships with relevant social media communities to increase brand credibility.
  • Engage with followers, address inquiries, and manage brand reputation online.
  • Develop UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns to drive organic engagement.

Performance & Growth Optimization:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and third-party reporting tools.
  • Optimize social media campaigns based on data insights to drive traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.
  • Test and refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and messaging for paid social campaigns.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work:

  • Work closely with performance marketing, product, and customer support teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Support PR, branding, and partnerships by coordinating social media activations with media agencies and fintech industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial services regulations in all marketing communications.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing multiple brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram organic growth strategies.
  • Experience working in fintech, financial services, e-commerce, or tech startups is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, tracking tools, and growth hacking techniques.
  • Ability to lead content creators and influencers while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Creative thinker with strong copywriting and content development skills.
  • Experience in community management and brand engagement strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Malay (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with paid social campaigns and performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in marketing.
  • Previous experience managing TikTok-first or influencer-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to experiment with emerging social media trends and AI-driven content strategies.
