About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team at Sangla Foods Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Operation Supervisor. In this full-time role based in Shah Alam, Selangor, with a monthly basic salary ranging from
RM 2,500 – RM 3,500
, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality customer support and improving the overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online chat channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Cash Customers)
  • Order processing and tracking customer orders, returns, and complaints (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Cash Customers)
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers about products, services, and orders
  • Collaborating with the sales team to support customer relationship management activities
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer queries and concerns effectively
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as the Microsoft Office suite, and SAP Business One systems
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude
