Responsibilities :

  • Provide assistance and support to the operations department with all office administration issues.

  • Coordinate all interactions with authorities regarding business and sales licenses.

  • Handle all documentation related to work permits, business hours, or any other issues with Mall Management.

  • Ensure proper filing of all documents including Delivery Orders, Incident Reports, and external correspondence.

Review daily reports from outlets (if any) and report any issues to the Operations Manager.

  • Process all stationery requisitions and local orders for the Operations department.

  • Verify and review monthly punch cards and staff claims.

  • Prepare payments to third-party vendors and utilities

  • Handle all outgoing correspondence and memos.

  • Perform any other tasks and assignment as and when required

Requirements:

  • Min SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Min 2 years working experience in administrative work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Require good command of English and Malay
