Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery objectives.
  • Manage production schedules, allocate manpower, and optimize resource utilization for seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Lead, train, and mentor production operators and line leaders to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements aimed at boosting productivity and reducing waste or downtime.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, and maintenance departments to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Prepare, analyze, and validate production data and reports to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Champion lean manufacturing practices and support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
  • Proven ability to diagnose production problems and implement effective corrective measures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
