The Role

We're looking for a
Growth Marketing Manager

who is
equal parts analytical and creative

— someone who can design, execute, and optimize marketing experiments that drive measurable business growth.

You'll work
directly with one of our co-founders

, helping to identify growth opportunities, run campaigns, and scale what's already working.

This is a
hands-on role

with a blend of
strategy, execution, and data analysis

— perfect for someone who loves turning insights into action.

You'll be based in
Kuala Lumpur

, spending
three days a week in the office

with the local team. Expect a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-accountability environment where results matter.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with the founder to
    design, run, and measure growth experiments

across multiple channels (email, paid, content, website, social, lifecycle).
- Take ownership of
end-to-end campaign execution

— from ideation to launch, reporting, and optimization.
- Build and manage
HubSpot automations, workflows, and reporting dashboards

- Use
data and analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, Hotjar)

to uncover insights and optimize conversion rates.
- Produce and edit content — from
emails and landing pages

to
Canva visuals

and
social posts

.
- Support the continuous improvement of our
marketing funnel and onboarding experience

.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership to ensure alignment on growth priorities.
- Monitor, report, and improve key performance metrics: trial-to-demo conversion, CAC, LTV, and retention.

What You Bring

Must-haves:

  • 4–7 years of experience in
    B2B SaaS, tech, or digital marketing
  • Strong
    analytical and data-driven mindset

— comfortable with experimentation and metrics
- Deep proficiency with
HubSpot

(CRM, workflows, reporting, and automation)
- Experience with
Canva
