This is a hands-on individual contributor role, work fully remote in Malaysia. Ideal for someone proactive, self-motivated, and willing to roll up their sleeves to execute and lead marketing initiatives.

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to generate high-quality, well-matched sales leads for our technical sales engineers.
  • Maintain and develop Soarability's brand narrative, producing professional English content (articles, case studies, LinkedIn posts).
  • Lead website planning and structure, coordinating with designers for visual execution and quality control.
  • Manage SEO and LLM optimization for search engines and AI-driven platforms.
  • Support co-marketing campaigns and assist in video content planning/creation.
  • Monitor campaign and website performance, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5- 7 years of experience in digital/online marketing, preferably in B2B or technology.

  • Language skills:

  • Professional English writing and communication skills

  • Ability to read and speak Chinese for content coordination and daily communications.

  • Skills & Attributes:

  • Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.

  • Experience with SEO, LinkedIn, website planning, and digital campaigns.
  • Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for co-marketing or video projects.
