Assistant Manager, Project Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible in Project Management, Planning, Budgeting, Co-ordination and Financial Control
  • Required to work closely with other colleagues to ensure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, while maintaining the coordination between internal departments
  • Required to work and liaise with various stakeholders
  • Responsible in monitoring main contractors and sub-contractors to ensure project guidelines are maintained
  • Conduct site recce, measurements and prepare drawings as and when is required
  • Able to read and comprehend the construction drawings and communicate any changes as when is required
  • Participate and prepare tender for projects
  • Prepare 2D and drawings details when is needed and necessary
  • Responsible in preparing Bill of Quantity and necessary documents for tender process
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or programs as assigned

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Architecture or Interior Design or relevant education background
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in interior fit out industry
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Good knowledge with retail design and fit-out experience
  • Pro-active with excellent communication skills
  • Posses own transport and able to travel outstation for business purposes (if required)
  • Willing to travel or relocate to Bukit Raja
