Assistant General Manager

Support the General Manager in formulating and executing strategic initiatives, company -wide goals, and long -term plans.Lead and manage daily business operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and seamless execution across functions.Track and assess departmental performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are consistently met.Partner with department heads to oversee resource planning, project scheduling, and adherence to quality benchmarks across all teams.Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and collaborating with relevant departments to implement effective solutions.Provide operational oversight for property development projects, including coordination of timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.Contribute to budget planning and financial forecasting; ensure fiscal goals are achieved through resource optimization and cost control measures.Uphold compliance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. RequirementsProven experience in project and operations management within property development, real estate, or related sectors.Solid grasp of project management methodologies and operational workflows.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast -paced environment.Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem -solving.Comprehensive understanding of property development trends, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Property Development, or a closely related discipline.Minimum of 12 years in a managerial capacity, ideally within property development or a similar industry.Established track record in managing complex projects, cross -functional teams, and large -scale budgets.High level of financial literacy with the ability to drive cost -efficiency and budgetary discipline.
