Responsibilities:

  • Assist in goods receiving, unloading arrangements, document verification, filing, and data entry.
  • Support in monitoring warehouse inventory movement and conducting stock counts.
  • Perform inventory control tasks and maintain quality standards to meet audit requirements.
  • Handle day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.
  • Prepare and complete customer orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping).
  • Receive, process, and store warehouse stock products (picking, unloading, labeling, and organizing).
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices , ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment while optimizing storage space.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality service standards at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (relevant coursework or experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.

Job Types: Contract, Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
