Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role focuses on lead generation and scheduling qualified meetings for our BD Managers. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for building connections, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for BD Managers.
  • Source and research leads independently when not provided.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate excellent work ethics and maintain a 95% attendance rate.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly show-up targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply.
