Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the branch to meet branch and company goals.
  • Oversee branch performance, including sales, service levels, and cross-selling.
  • Understand and follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Plan and carry out actions to achieve sales targets and key performance goals.
  • Work towards meeting branch budgets and ensuring profitability.
  • Set and apply policies to improve service quality.
  • Guide, support, and motivate branch staff.
  • Hold weekly and monthly meetings with staff and department reps to discuss performance and updates.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Must have experience in team management.
  • Willing to travel locally for roadshows or training sessions.
