Responsibilities:

1. Technical Skills

- Engineering Principles : Understanding of fundamental Engineering principles.

- Software Proficiency : At least understand of autoCAD.

- Data Analysis : Ability to collect and analysis to support Engineering projects.

2. Project Assistance

- Documentation : Ability to prepare and review project Documentation, including

  technical reports, specifications, and drawings.

- Testing project: Knowledge of how to assist in the development and workflow..

- Task Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks..

3. Problem-Solving Skills

- Troubleshooting : Basic ability to identify issues and propose solutions, whether related 

  to design flaws, material issues, or project execution.

4. Technical knowledge and skill

- CNC Machine Operation : CNC auto lathe know how to operate.

- Programmimg : Understand basic CNC programming.

- Tool Setup : Understand how to set up cutting tools.

5. Measurement and Quality control

- Precision Measuring Tools : Ability to use tools like calipers, micrometer

  and gauges to measure component.

- Quality Inspection : Knowledge of inspection techniques to ensure parts meet specifications.

.-Trouble shooting : Basic skill to troubleshoot machine issues or part defects.

6. Safety awareness

- Safety procedures : Understanding and following safety protocols specific to machining 

  environments (e.g., handling sharp tools, wearing protective gear).

- Maintenance : Basic machine maintenance knowledge, such as cleaning, lubrication

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience. Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
