  • Data Analysis:
    Conduct ongoing analysis and summary of the details of both incidents and complaints as logged into BoardRoom's incident management platform, CAMMS. This analysis will be used to inform regular updates to BoardRoom's Risk and Audit Committee.

  • Periodic Compliance Reporting:
    Monthly and Quarterly generation of client Compliance Reports which provide attestation to compliance with the Service Level Agreements between BoardRoom and the client as well as a summary of any incidents of non-compliance for the reporting period.

  • KYC Quality Assurance:
    From time-to-time, there will be a need to conduct quality assurance reviewing over output from the Unlisted Operations team, specifically related to KYC and general AML requirements.

  • Project Support:
    Provide support on various compliance projects and initiatives as required.


• Willing to work under Australia working hours and follow Australia public holidays.
