Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, coordinating with internal and external auditors, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring accounts payable and receivable, conducting budget analysis, and supporting the financial planning process. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and providing support during financial audits.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing financial records and preparing financial statements
  • Experience in coordinating with internal and external auditors
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Strong budget analysis and financial planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in the geoscience or environmental industry is a plus
