Job Description:

  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, business directories, and referrals.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and site visits.
  • Educate potential and current clients on the features, benefits, and applications of chemical products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations that clearly explain complex scientific concepts and product advantages.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, and solutions.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients.
  • Provide technical support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, presentations, closed deals, and follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in trade shows, conventions, seminars, and other industry events to promote products and build client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely product delivery.

Job Requirement:

  • BS/BA degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred.
  • Degree Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical products and industry trends.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Effective relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Mandarin language proficiency is a plus, as the role involves coordination with China-based engineers.
