Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements sales strategies and plans, to achieve annual goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain customer database.
  • Managing the day to day sales.
  • Evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition, and identify new market and customer opportunities.
  • Develops and maintains key executive relationships for long term business success.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on trend, pricing, products, etc.
  • Resolves customer inquiries/complaints regarding the product and services.

Job Requirement / Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Nutritional Science Food Technology; Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or related filed.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Sales, specifically in Health Supplement and Cosmetic industry.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Result-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to converse and write in Mandarin will be preferred as required to handle oversea clients.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to resolve complex problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities involving a variety of resources with defined deadlines.
  • Ability of self-manage and take initiative.
  • Ability to liaise with local & overseas customers.
