Key Responsibilities: Female Clinic Assistant

You will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and welcoming patient journey:

  • Front-of-House Mastery: Serve as the first point of contact—greeting patients, handling incoming calls, and managing clinic emails/WhatsApp enquiries with professionalism.
  • Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using our clinic management software.
  • Clinical Flow Support: Prepare treatment rooms, ensure equipment is sanitized, and assist the Chiropractors as needed during patient preparation.
  • Financial Administration: Handle cash transactions, debit/credit card payments, and basic billing and inventory records.
  • Clinic Ambassadorship: Maintain the aesthetic quality and cleanliness of the reception and patient waiting areas.
