Target Students: Secondary / Middle School Students (Ages 12–16)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and patient Coding Teachers / Coaches to conduct engaging online lessons for students from secondary schools.

Your role will be to help students develop strong computational thinking skills, improve their coding fundamentals, and prepare for competitive programming and informatics olympiads (e.g. NOI, IOI-style contests).

You will teach small groups or individual students online, focusing on conceptual understanding, algorithmic problem-solving, and hands-on coding practice.

Subjects / Topics

We are looking for teachers experienced in one or more of the following areas:

  • Python programming (fundamentals, projects, problem solving)
  • C++ programming (syntax, STL, and algorithmic techniques)
  • Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
  • Competitive Programming (Codeforces / AtCoder / LeetCode style problems)
  • Informatics Olympiad Training (NOI / IOI preparation)

Requirements

  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Solid knowledge in at least one of the listed subjects
  • Prior teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Passion for helping young learners discover the joy of coding
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to conduct online lessons (e.g., Zoom, ClassIn, etc.)

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time and flexible hours (weekday evenings or weekends preferred)
  • Remote – teach from anywhere
  • Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: RM RM100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
